Tesla is an electric car manufacturer and clean energy company with other products and is based in Palo Alto, California. Everyone on this planet must have heard of this company as its CEO is Elon Musk. I think only the name is enough to introduce Elon Musk. He is being entitled as the revolutionary person of the 21st Century. He is on news every alternate day because of his work. He is currently Co-Founder of the Tesla company, CEO of SpaceX, Founder of The Boring Company, co-founder and initial co-chairman of OpenAI and also the co-founder of the Neuralink. All of the above things must have forced your mind to think at least for once that how multitasking this guy is.
In one of his interviews, he said that he himself inspects the car that his company is manufacturing. He also is the chief engineer of the SpaceX company and is very dedicated to his work. His success might sound very amazing to you but it is very normal according to me as he is so dedicated to his work.
During his younger days when he was working for PayPal as his project, At that time he himself used to code for the company's software and was so much dedicated that he even used to skip his night sleep for weeks. His girlfriend used to pay him a visit and used to wait in the drawing-room for his boyfriend to come over and spend some time together. But he sometimes forgot to meet her and she sleeps in the drawing-room while waiting for him the whole night. This was the level of dedication of this guy which makes him such a great person. He is also entitled to 'Charismatic CEO' of his company Tesla.
The goal of Elon Musk behind Tesla was to manufacture sustainable energy driven cars that would revolutionize the automobile industry. The company initially built a Model X electrical cars with a goal of cars being fully autonomous /self-driving. They initially used the Autopilot system (they called it Hardware 1) which just would allow a car to follow others and steer automatically on the highways. They then started upgrading their car's fully autonomous system every 2 or 3 years and culminating in the progress and then deploying it on their real products.
Recently an article named "Tesla teardown finds electronics 6 years ahead of Toyota and VW" published on Nikkie Asian Review on February 17, 2020, 13:54 JST by HIDEYOSHI KUME, Nikkei xTech/Nikkei Automotive staff writer. This article briefs about how Tesla is 6 years ahead of all other big tech giants in the automobile industry. Stunned unnamed chief engineer from Japanese automaker said, 'We cannot do it.' He tears apart the Model 3 car of Tesla to see what it has got which Toyota and VW cars have not got. He just got stunned by seeing how advanced the autonomous system that car has. Model 3 was having a very advanced AI chip which powers the whole car's autonomousness and was very delicately engineered which can be seen in future smart devices. Stunned engineer furthers add that Toyota and NW would also be able to manufacture such advanced hardware in no more than 2025 which clearly states that Tesla is full six years ahead of their competitors i.e. Tesla's competitors would be able to compete Tesla after 6 years if Tesla remains where it is now. But Tesla can't do that because it's CEO is Elon Musk.
This man has got many things under his mind to tell us but he is just waiting for the right time. I think that time management is the key thing which makes a difference between a successful brilliant person and an unsuccessful brilliant person. Many times person is capable of doing more than he/she believes but is lacking time management skills. If one practices that skill continuously then he/she can achieve unimaginable heights in no time.
I have got so much more to say about this man but will tell more about it in future posts. Till then have a good read and always open for any kind of suggestions.
